The author is a law professor at the University of California at Berkeley. You will be part of his jury as he puts Darwinian evolution on trial and deals blow after blow to the logical and philosophical errors of evolution.

Please note that this book has had the cover artwork updated but it may well be some time before all CMI stores (countries) exhaust their supplies of the old book and transition to the new cover design. Therefore it is possible that you will receive the older red cover. Either way, the content of the books are the same.
