Please choose from one of the questions below.

Why are there multiple web stores?

We have seven different web stores. Each one services a different country/region of the world and is usually administered by that regional office. The advantage of multiple stores is that we can:

  • Stock products that are specific to each region.
  • Run appropriate specials and advertising for each region.
  • Include correct currency, pricing and shipping costs.

The table below conveys the details of each web store:

Web StoreServicesAdministered byCurrency
Africa Africa South Africa, Durbanville ZA R
Australia Australia & all other countries Australia, Brisbane QLD AU $
Canada Canada Canada, Waterloo ON CA $
New Zealand New Zealand New Zealand, Auckland NZ $
Singapore Singapore Australia, Brisbane QLD SG $
United Kingdom UK/Europe Leicestershire, UK UK £
USA USA USA, Atlanta GA US $
What store should I be using?

You need to be using the web store that is appropriate to your region (see previous question). But rather than you having to work that out, our web site will do this for you. All that you need to do is to set your country on the Creation home page (see next question). You only need to do this once on the computer that you are using as this country setting is “remembered”.

Once you have done this, when you click on the Store Home menu button, you will be taken to the correct store for you.

Alternatively to the above, you can choose your correct country/store from the store home page.

There is an additional benefit in setting your country in that the Creation home page will display information that is specific to your country/region. This includes upcoming events and other news.

If the country that you live in does not have its own specific webstore then you will be using the Australian webstore. Please see Sales Tax (below).

Exception to the Rule—Using “other” countries
The only time you can use another webstore, is if you want the purchased goods to be shipped to that country. For example, if you live in the USA under normal circumstances you should be using the US webstore. However, it’s Christmas and you want to have resources sent to Auntie May in Australia. So, go to the Australian webstore, when the pop-up warning message appears, close the dialog, do your shopping, enter Auntie May’s Australian address as the delivery address and complete the remainder of the checkout process. Note that your payment will be converted to Australian dollars (for this example).

Also, please be aware that we are progressivley phasing in this new webstore to all the other regions/countries so there may well be some countries/regions which still have the old webstore.

How do I change my default store?

On the Creation home page…

  1. Click Explore in the top left corner.
  2. Click Settings, the last link in the menu that appears.
  3. Select your desired country in the Change Country dropdown. and click Change
  4. Click the Store link in the main navigation bar to be directed to the proper store for your selected country.
Store accounts

Creating a store account is optional for shipped orders, but very useful to you as your addresses (you can store multiple billing and shipping addresses), email address and name are all recorded so that the next time that you shop these details do not have to be re-entered.

Therefore, if you do not create a store account your name and address needs to be entered every time that you wish to purchase from our webstore.

An account only applies to the store that you are creating it on. For example, if you create an account on the UK store, you cannot then change to the South African store and have your details available to you. So if you move from the UK to South Africa, you will need to create a new account on the South African web store.

How do I create a store account?

Click Login in the top menu. If you do not have an account, click the "No account? Create one here" link at the bottom of the login form.

Important information for VISA and MasterCard payments in Canada, US and UK.

The Address Verification System (AVS) is an additional VISA and MasterCard security feature that is active on card holders accounts in Canada, US and UK. Your billing address details are checked against your credit cards statement address. It is not a character by character check but rather it analyses the numeric information in the house number line of your address and the zip/post code. If it does not match then the transaction will be declined. Please note that this is not something that CMI has any control over.

If you are sure that there is no other reason why your transaction has been declined and you think that it is because of this AVS check, then you have two options:

  • Change your billing address in the CMI webstore to match your credit card’s address.
  • Your credit card address may be out of date and so you will need to advise your credit card institution of your new address.

Additional information is available here (external website).

Entering credit card information

Your valuable credit card data is processed in a secure manner. The processing companies that we use employ industry standard security technologies.

Electronic credit card payments, as a minimum, will collect:

  • Name on the credit card.
  • Credit card number.
  • Credit card expiry date.
  • CVV (Card Verification Value) number. The location of the numbers are:
    • For American Express, a 4 digit code on the front of your card.
    • For all other cards, the last 3 digits on the back of your card.
Sales Tax

Where applicable, sales tax is included in the price displayed on the webstore.

Some country specifics:

  • USA: 6% GA sales tax is applied to orders shipped to a destination in the state of Georgia.
How do I claim my coupon discount?

A discount coupon is a special code that enables you to receive a discount on a product or group of products. You would have located the code on Creation Ministries promotional material, either printed or via email. To redeem the code and receive the discount, you need to:

  • Locate the product(s) that the code relates to and add it to your shopping cart.
  • Do any other shopping on the web store that you choose to.
  • During the checkout process, locate the "Have a promo code?" link. Click it and type in the coupon code (exactly) and then click the Add button. If the coupon is accepted then a message will display to that effect and (if appropriate) the price of the relevant product(s) will be altered. The entry of the coupon code is not “remembered” and so you will have to repeat this process if you leave the checkout page and then return to it.
  • Check/adjust anything else on the checkout page and then click the place order button.

Please note:

  • In general, coupons cannot be used with any other offer (includes special pricing).
  • You can only use one coupon per order.
How do I change my address details (including the shipping addresses)?

This is where you have the opportunity to add or change any of the information related to your stored addresses. Any of the addresses can be used as the shipping address and/or the billing address.

The process is:

  • Click on Your Account located on the menubar.
  • The Dashboard page will display.
  • Click Addresses
  • Click on Update on an address.
  • Edit the address details and click Save.
